Chairman
Mr. Gilles Guerrier de Dumast serves as a Chairman of MICC SC LLC and StorePay Pte Ltd. He began his career at J.P. Morgan in Paris and New York, later becoming Special Advisor to the French Minister of Economy. With over 35 years in investment banking, Gilles has held senior leadership roles including Head of European Strategic Derivatives at Bankers Trust, Executive Board Member at CSFB, and Global Head at Crédit Agricole CIB. A recognized industry “rainmaker,” he has also served on numerous international boards, most recently with Amundi Group and its affiliates in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Founder & President
Mr. Achit-Erdene is the Chairman of the Board at MICC, with a focus on restructuring and complex financial transactions. He brings over 20 years of investment banking experience, advising leading corporations, banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and other institutional investors. He has led and executed some of Mongolia’s most significant capital market transactions, including the ETT bond issuance and the Bogd Bank IPO.
Chief Executive Officer
Ms. Munkhzul is the CEO of MICC and brings over 20 years of experience in the financial sector. She specializes in managing investment banking transactions and securing financing for companies across a wide range of industries. Her advisory expertise spans key sectors of the Mongolian economy, including mining and mining services, agriculture, aviation, banking, food and beverage, retail, services, and real estate.
Vice President
Ms. Maral is a finance professional with over 10 years of cross-border experience spanning financial analysis, investment management, and accounting in both the UK and Mongolia. Before joining MICC, she worked as an auditor at PwC, where she gained extensive exposure to international financial reporting standards. She later served as a financial accountant at War Child UK; a global NGO focused on supporting children affected by conflict.
